Prime Minister Narendra Modi said BRICS members had agreed an infectious-disease early-warning system, disaster-management data-integration guidelines and a logistics supply-chain cooperation framework.
India's translated summit remarks also described a BRICS incubator network, an MSME cooperation portal, an urban mobility hub and a digital centre of excellence for smart grids and energy storage. A BRICS Startup Innovation Fund was presented as a proposal rather than an agreed mechanism.
