The National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation used INNOPROM India 2026 to present 11 industrial corridors and 20 greenfield industrial smart-city projects across 13 states.

NICDC says four cities are developed and 16 are in implementation, covering about 19,878 hectares. It reports 469 allotted plots covering roughly 2,109 hectares and cites investment potential of Rs 5.35 lakh crore and 1.4 million jobs. The presentation also covered seven PM MITRA parks, the Rs 33,660 crore BHAVYA programme and logistics platforms.

Why it matters

Industrial land, infrastructure and logistics coordination can influence manufacturing investment, supplier localisation and regional employment.

SCULTRA point of view

Site-level reporting should replace potential with realised investment, occupancy, infrastructure completion, production, jobs and environmental compliance.

Limitations

The investment and employment figures are stated potential, not realised outcomes. Exhibition interest and meetings are not investment commitments, and the release provides no independent audit.
