ICAT opens an agricultural-machinery testing facility at Manesar
The new facility expands the automotive testing organisation into agricultural equipment certification alongside an industry dialogue on PM e-Drive.
The International Centre for Automotive Technology has inaugurated an agricultural-machinery testing facility at its Manesar campus while marking 20 years of operations.
The Ministry of Heavy Industries describes the facility as an indigenous, first-of-its-kind initiative intended to support testing and certification of agricultural equipment. The event also included an industry dialogue on the PM e-Drive scheme.

Reliable testing can help manufacturers demonstrate equipment performance and safety while giving buyers a clearer basis for comparing agricultural machinery.
